It’s the same every single morning between 7.30 and 8.30 - I get two calls but I never pick up, just let it ring out to voicemail, and they never leave any message anyway. I even tried ringing them back from my phone and it just won’t go through, which is pretty strange. They can call me alright but good luck trying to reach them! Proper pain in the neck!

Like a few others mentioned, I got a call from a lady named 'Anna' speaking with an Indian accent, saying she was from 'BT'. I just ended the call straight away. These calls tend to come at stupidly early hours and they’re so frustrating. Normally, I don’t answer my landline at all, but this time I did because I was waiting for a family member to ring me. It’s ridiculous that having a landline doesn’t mean it’s safe to answer anymore thanks to these annoying scammers.

Got a bunch of calls from this number but no voicemail left. Today, 21/2/2020, they phoned me at 7.40am, and I’m pretty sure it’s against the rules to call that early if they’re legit. I’m a bit stressed that if I just ignore it and stay in bed, it might be the security firm checking up on my mum or dad.

Just got a call from someone claiming there’s an issue with my internet. I told them I actually don’t even have internet because I live out in the sticks and the connection is too poor - I just use mobile data instead. They got really rude and accused me of making it up. I asked them to stop calling, but they kept ringing me over and over, like about ten times, saying they won’t stop until they can access my laptop and check my files. Proper nightmare!
