6 yearsSomebody pretending to be Virgin! They're definitely not from Virgin, so just ended the call straight away. They tried to say there was some illegal stuff happening on my internet and that it’d be cut off by midday... I told my husband to just disconnect. They never even wanted to know who the account holder was or asked for any passwords. I contacted Virgin myself and they confirmed it was a scam.
