I got a call from someone claiming to be Delongi asking for my personal info. We had just bought a cooker, but surely they would already have my details? When the bloke couldn’t even note down my email right, I asked to speak to another person. He was quite rude, ended the call, then rang me back about 10 times! When I finally picked up again, he told me to buzz off. Weird experience!
