Got a call from someone called Nadine claiming I'd won a contest I'd supposedly entered online (which I definitely hadn't). She kept pushing with loads of personal questions. I finally lost my patience and was a bit rude. Proper annoying.

I never pick up and honestly don’t get how BT just lets these calls keep coming. They’re the ones who could sort this out but don’t bother. Feels like they care more about making money than helping customers. I’m pretty sure the BT bosses never get bombarded with a dozen calls each day like we do.

These folks are such a hassle. They claimed I’d won a holiday. Apparently, I’d entered some contest and won a lovely trip for two. Thing is, I’ve never even heard of the magazine they said I entered the competition through. Then came the key question - how much did me and my partner make? I was like, what’s that got to do with you? Ended the call right there. Tried blocking the number, but somehow they keep managing to ring anyways.
