They told me my SIM was going to expire in about 2 or 3 days and that I needed a new one sent out. They said I’d get a new SIM delivered by 2pm the following day. Oddly, they asked for my email to “link” it to the new SIM. Just for a laugh, I dragged the convo out but ended up hanging up when I refused to give my email. No doubt about it, total scam!EE1 yearGot a call from someone saying they were from EE’s accounts department. They warned me my number was going to be blocked unless I updated my contract and mentioned they’d send a replacement SIM. It just didn’t feel right, so I told them I’d ring EE directly using the number from my app to check. The caller seemed a bit off after that.
