1 yearThe number showed up as being from Milton Keynes. I didn’t say anything, but the person kept repeating “Hello?” over and over. Honestly, their voice didn’t sound quite right, seemed a bit dodgy.Milton Keynes1 yearJust like another person mentioned, I got a call from someone saying they were with EE. They told me my SIM was going to expire in about 2 or 3 days and that I needed a new one sent out. I hung up pretty quick before they asked for any of my details.EE1 yearI got a call from this number but they just dropped it right away.1 yearGot a call from someone saying they were with EE, telling me my SIM card would get blocked due to a network upgrade to a higher freq. They said I’d get a new SIM delivered by 2pm the following day. Oddly, they asked for my email to “link” it to the new SIM. Just for a laugh, I dragged the convo out but ended up hanging up when I refused to give my email. No doubt about it, total scam!EE1 yearGot a call from someone saying they were from EE’s accounts department. They warned me my number was going to be blocked unless I updated my contract and mentioned they’d send a replacement SIM. It just didn’t feel right, so I told them I’d ring EE directly using the number from my app to check. The caller seemed a bit off after that. When I rang EE, a really nice woman told me they’ve been getting quite a few scam calls like this recently. Definitely don’t trust these calls!EESubmit Your Own Report (01908 026967)
