This number called me pretending to be from Amazon, claiming my Prime membership had lapsed and that I’d been charged over £90 to renew it. They asked me to press ‘1’ and enter my info to verify. I’ve never even signed up for Amazon Prime, so I just blocked the number right away. Afterwards, I rang Amazon customer support myself, and they confirmed that the call wasn’t from them and that my account was fine. Clearly a scam trying to steal personal details. Do not answer or provide any info - just hang up and block.
