On 15th Feb 2019 at about 11:03 pm, I got a voicemail on my work phone from this number. I work in an NHS role, and when I checked the message it was just a weird buzzing noise that lasted for like 4 minutes. I didn’t bother listening all the way through and just deleted it after a little bit. Quite strange!
