I tried reaching out to Heritage Driveways, but I hit a bit of a wall. I mentioned to the 'lady' who picked up that I wouldn't disclose either my number or address, as a rule. Strangely enough, she insisted that either I or my partner had indeed shared those details-news to me, as I'm not even married! When I reiterated my stance on privacy, she accused me of being dishonest and told me to stop being impolite before hanging up in quite a huff. Honestly, it goes without saying, steer clear of making any purchases like tarmac or double glazing off the back of unsolicited calls. Particularly from Heritage (Home Improvements); I’ve reported them to TPS as well.

I picked up the phone, but there was no sound from the other side.

Heritage Driveways never picked up when I rang. When I finally got through, the lady on the other end insisted either me or my wife had shared my phone number and address - which is crazy because I’m single and always keep my personal info private. After I called her out on the nonsense and asked her to stop being rude, she just cut me off. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying anything like tarmac or double glazing from unsolicited calls, especially from Heritage (or whatever name they use). Already made a report to TPS.
