Today I got a call from this number claiming to be Barclays fraud prevention. An automated message came on and it actually said my full name and even my birth month and year. When I pressed 1 to confirm it, the system told me my card ending in XXXX had been hacked and they're sending me a new one. Before the call ended, it gave me the chance to chat with an adviser who then read out my full home address to me.
