She didnt ask for the caller by name, and hung up quick after being told there was no internet. Sounds suspicious and unprofessional.

I waited nearly half a minute with no answer, then some Indian lady came on claiming she was calling from my internet supplier and said I owed a bunch of money. She never bothered to ask for me by name. When I mentioned I don’t even have internet, she just went “oh” and promptly ended the call. Pretty sure it was just another dodgy phone scam.
