On the 14th December, just after 5.30pm, I got a ring from a bloke named Luke. He introduced himself as some sort of heating advisor operating nearby. Right away I told him what I've started saying to any cold callers these days: "Sorry, I don’t take calls like this. Cheers." And honestly, it shuts them up every time!
