The call was dead silent at first, then just as I was about to hang up, I caught a faint automated voice say "goodbye" before the line went dead. Definitely sounded like a call centre doing their thing.

They said they were from the investigation bureau, but the call kept cutting out, so I didn’t bother continuing and just ended the call.
