Somebody rang me pretending to be from O2, saying they had special discounted SIM deals because my contract had ended. Later, O2's fraud team got in touch asking if I'd recently bought an iPhone 15 through my account! Turns out the scammer was trying to make purchases, so I had to get my bank card cancelled straight away. Just a heads up - don’t ever give out your bank info or passwords to anyone claiming to be from O2. I've reported this to the police now.
