got a call from a woman saying she wanted to renew my appliance insurance, but ive never signed up for anything like that so sounds like a scam to me.

Thought it was just spam. I hardly ever use my landline and only share the number with my family and doctor. Over the past couple of weeks, I've got a bunch of calls that ring a few times then drop once I pick up. I always hold on listening first before saying anything. Planning to report it to the tpa since I'm signed up with them.
