Got the same robocall about a visa scam the other day. Ended up just hanging up and then blocked the caller through BT’s 1572 service.

This call gave me vibes of a dodgy scam, so i just played it safe. It was an automated message, a lady speaking, claiming to be from 'Visa' security. She mentioned someone tried to take £600 out of my account without permission but never said which one. The message asked me to press "1" to speak to someone about it. I hung up straight away. Looking back, I kinda wish i’d stayed on the line to find out what would happen next!
