Got a call from some bloke claiming he was Mark, which I’m already suspicious about. He wanted me to answer a few questions about benefits. While I was trying to explain that I don't discuss benefits over the phone and that the benefits office wouldn’t just ring out of the blue, he just cut me off and ended the call. Total nonsense if you ask me.

Get yourself one of those BT call blocker phones, seriously helps put an end to all these annoying calls. I had this number pop up four times today but my phone didn't ring a single time, every call got blocked. Proper handy gadget, I’d recommend it.

I’d just finished work when I got two calls back to back from people speaking with asian accents. The moment I mentioned my number’s registered with the TPS and they shouldn’t be calling, the rude lot ended the call straight away. They were calling from the York area, so I’ll be reporting them, but definitely gonna follow the tips here and get a call blocker. It’s so annoying that these scoundrels can ring anytime, disturbing my quiet after a tough day, even though I’m signed up to the TPS and always say no to third party contact.

Got a call earlier today from a woman speaking with an Asian accent claiming she was from benefits uk and wanted to ask some questions about my home. I said no thanks and ended the call. Then, this evening, a man with a similar accent rang me, saying pretty much the same thing. When I told him I wasn't interested, he insisted I had to respond. I stood my ground and hung up after he kept pushing that I must answer.

I missed a call from this number earlier, so I rang back. Some bloke with an English accent picked up and told me there was a problem with the line and that engineers were fixing it. Bit strange if you ask me.
