It was a robotic message, sounded like an American woman, saying it was my bank (didn't say which one) telling me that two withdrawals had been made - one for about £700 and another for over £2,000. They asked me to press one or two to talk to someone about it. I wrote down the number and rang it back, but it went straight to a BT call screening, requesting my name and other info.
