Got a call from someone claiming to be from York Magistrates Court. It was an automated voice saying something about your National Insurance number and to press 1 to talk to an adviser. The number they showed was the real magistrates court’s, but it’s definitely a spoof. Don’t trust it, just block the number.

Got a robo call claiming I was being investigated and needed to call back or face big trouble. Total scam, no doubt. Honestly, I’m shocked no one’s looked into this yet since they’ve been harassing me non-stop since July 2021.

Got a call from 01904688550 on my phone. They didn’t even bother asking my name. It was clearly a robo call, and the person on the line spoke super quick in a really scary, threatening way about County Court and National Insurance. They told me to press 1, but I ended the call straight away, blocked the number and reported it. Shame there’s no proper way to trace these calls and catch the person behind it.

If you call it back, there's a real recorded message from the court warning that the number's been cloned and telling you what to do if you’ve sent money.
