No idea who they are but from what I've seen in the comments it really seems like a scam to me.

This is for sure NOT Simwood Esms. These are fraudsters who have illegally used this company’s name with VOIP to cover up what they’re really doing and where they’re from. I contacted someone at Simwood and a very nice lady told me they’ve started receiving complaints from people who got calls claiming to be from them, but it wasn’t. It’s actually scammers. They currently have an open complaint with OFCOM about this issue because these crooks are using a genuine business’s info to hide their identity, but they have NOTHING to do with Simwood.
