What a right charmer! This absolute numpty wouldn't stop hounding me with PPI questions from a pre-prepared spiel, all while surrounded by the cacophony of a bustling open plan call centre. I went on at length about having no mortgage, no loans, and certainly no credit cards, yet they persisted. Truly infuriating - steer well clear of these clowns!
