I received a call from this number today, and they mentioned my name. The caller claimed that I had requested a callback regarding home insurance, which was not the case at all. I politely declined and ended the call. But before I knew it, they rang me back immediately, questioning why I had asked for the callback if I wasn't going to engage in conversation. I reiterated that I wasn't interested and hung up once again. This back-and-forth continued a staggering six times, with me repeatedly disconnecting, only for them to keep ringing me. Eventually, the caller became rather abrasive, accusing me of being discourteous and lacking basic phone etiquette. They went so far as to label me as a remarkably rude individual.
