Got a call from someone with an Indian accent pretending to be from BT, saying my internet speed was acting up and offering to help fix it. They kept asking what kind of device I had but didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about. Then they passed me onto their "supervisor," also with an Indian accent, who somehow knew the device but still seemed dodgy to me. I ended the call right there.
