This company called Vanguard contacted me, saying they do debt collections on a no win no fee basis. Seems like they only get paid if they manage to collect the money owed. Not sure if it's legit, but they claim it’s a risk-free way to recover debts.

I picked up when they rang but after asking for my name, they just hung up. It’s mad how these companies keep going, they’re just scamming people left, right and centre. Seems like they’ve got some kind of protection or paying off the right folks to keep operating. Why can’t we just shut them down for good? They’re taking advantage of vulnerable people and it’s disgusting.
