I only picked up ’cause me daughter was at the York Horse Races nearby, otherwise I would’ve just ignored it. The classic “You’ve been in a car crash” nonsense. The woman claimed she was from the PROFICIENT HELPLINE and asked if I’d been in a car accident. I told her that was wrong and she must have dialled the wrong number.
