Received a call earlier on my home phone from someone claiming to be O2. They said they wanted to go over my contract details. I said no thanks because I just watched a show on the BBC about scammers pretending to be from your provider and trying to access your phone account. It seemed dodgy they didn’t ring my mobile, so I’ve blocked the number now.

I had an encounter with someone claiming to be Alex from O2, and it turns out he was a con artist! He tried to lure me in with an unbelievable offer of a 45% discount on my O2 plan, which is odd since I don't actually have any agreement with them. Just a heads up to everyone out there-stay vigilant!

I didn’t pick up when this number called me since I didn’t recognise it, but they’ve kept ringing me a few times. I looked it up here and noticed quite a few folks mentioned it being linked to the 02 ‘partner’. So, I’ve decided to block it now.

Got a ring from someone called Ariel who said they were from o2, trying to get me to renew my contract. They mentioned I could save some cash, but I just told them no thanks and ended the call.

Got a call from 02 about my account trying to offer a better deal, told them I wasn’t interested. Despite that, I’ve had 2 more calls since then, so that’s 5 calls altogether now. Quite annoying really.
