I received a rather dubious call from someone claiming to be with Timeshare Compliance, hailing from York. This individual insisted that Spanish authorities were probing into certain British solicitors for fraudulent activities. They urged me to hop onto a Zoom call with their legal team based in Spain to discuss my engagement with the timeshare company, suggesting that I might be eligible for compensation due to their apparent malfeasance. Oddly enough, they mentioned that my exit from the timeshare arrangement might not be valid, implying I'd owe back fees to the company. Quite concerning, wouldn’t you agree?

I reckon you should proceed with caution if you happen to engage in conversation with this fellow! He purports to be affiliated with a compliance department concerning a type of timeshare agreement.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with the Compliance Office about some Time Share stuff. When I asked where they were ringing from, they said York - which is actually where I live. The number that popped up on my phone was a York one too. Still, I wasn’t convinced and found the whole thing quite sketchy.
