In the end, I decided against it and politely told them I wasn’t interested. After that, I started getting calls from loads of different numbers. At one point, I asked a bloke if they could just stop calling since I wasn’t giving them any money. He told me straight, unless I opened an account, they’d make my life miserable. When I said that was quite rude, he just said he’d be rude and mess up my life. I was pretty shocked and hung up. Since then, he’s followed through - I’ve had loads of calls from similar numbers.
