lately, ive had loads of calls from different numbers all pushing some sort of crypto investment scheme. if the number’s not in my contacts, i just put it straight on silent. this particular number showed up in my recent calls and while i’m not 100% sure its dodgy, it didnt leave any message and ive checked round but cant figure out who it belongs to. so, ive gone ahead and blocked it.

I made the rather unwise decision to explore some investment opportunities in Amazon stocks, starting with just £200. However, I ultimately thought better of it and informed them of my choice in a courteous manner. To my surprise, that’s when the relentless calls began pouring in from a plethora of different numbers. I even confronted one chap, requesting him to cease the incessant calls since there was no way they’d be getting any money from me. His response was quite shocking - he flat out refused, stating that my life would be a hassle unless I opened an account. I pointed out how impolite that was, and he brazenly retorted that he’d gladly be rude and ruin my life. I was left utterly stunned by his audacity, and promptly hung up. It seems he’s been intent on fulfilling his threat, as I continue to receive a barrage of calls from that number and others like it. I block them as they come, yet I find myself at a loss for what more I can do-after all, this hardly qualifies as a cold call given that I initially shared my contact details with them.
