Yet again, when I requested to speak to the manager, the call was terminated. I tried once more, and at that point, I’d had enough. I was informed that the manager was unavailable due to an accident. Curiously, the voice I spoke to was almost identical to the first one, and I firmly reiterated my demand to remove my name from their database.
