I’d already sent them a letter to cancel because we switched to Sky. They asked why we were cancelling, then said they’d send a letter confirming the cancellation. Pretty refreshing to get a decent outcome for once!

I’ve discovered that this number belongs to a company that provides appliance insurance-SCC Product Services, if you’re curious. They’re definitely not associated with Sky in any way. It’s rather puzzling how they obtained our contact details. When I explained to the caller that I wasn't interested in the coverage they were promoting, she became quite flustered, insisting that I’d face outrageous costs if I went through Sky. I calmly informed her that it was entirely my decision and then ended the call. Quite the hassle, really!
