This number keeps ringing, insisting they need to chat with the person who's got a Sky TV subscription. However, as soon as you mention that there’s no Sky service at this number, they abruptly hang up-no apologies, not even a word of thanks. When I tried to call them back regarding the Telephone Preference Service, there was no response whatsoever. Utterly frustrating!

It's absolutely disgraceful how these individuals target the elderly. What they're doing is downright unacceptable and should be against the law. We're definitely going to raise this issue with trading standards.

The moment the answering machine kicked in, the caller hung up without saying a word. I've already signed up with the Phone Preference Service to stop receiving these sales calls, so they really ought to knock it off!

This lot employed some rather dodgy methods in a bid to snag our card details, claiming to represent our provider. They managed to get hold of our information and then proceeded to request our debit card number, among other things. The moment we pressed them about our policy reference number, they started mumbling something about a problem and then abruptly hung up on us. Surprise, surprise - they never bothered to call back as promised!

I gave them a bell back after receiving multiple calls. It turns out they're some sort of satellite support service attempting to fish for bank or credit card details under the guise of setting up a support contract. The moment you question their legitimacy, they get rather irate. We've clearly stated that they ought to stop ringing us, emphasising that we’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and if they carry on, we’ll have no choice but to lodge a complaint with OFCOM.

Received a call from this number on Monday, the 25th of January, 2010, at precisely 14:47 while we were out. We have an answering machine, yet no message was left. To our astonishment, when we tried to return the call, it went unanswered. What a surprise it was to discover this site right after we entered the number into a search engine! I’ve decided to keep a log of such calls, especially since we’re also listed with the Telephone Preference Service.
