Had a call from someone named Matthew, said he’s new on the team. He mentioned his manager would get in touch later to set up a meeting with a surveyor to look at my loft insulation due to some issues they say have been happening. Bit odd though, considering my house is just over two years old.

I got a call about some roof insulation they said I'd had fitted recently. When I said, "I don’t know what roof insulation you mean," the person on the other end just hung up on me. Proper annoying!
