Got a call from some bloke called "David" with an Indian accent, said he was from BT and needed to sort out a "router issue" I supposedly had. Pretty sure it was a scam. When I asked him who my internet provider was, he didn’t have a clue. Totally fishy!

Just had a right dodgy call from a "BT" representative, claiming they were there to sort out some so-called router issues. Little do they know, I'm actually on Virgin Broadband! I think they picked the wrong person to have a long-winded chat with-best of luck trying to catch me out!
