It didn't take long for him to catch on to my jesting, and before I knew it, he ended the call in a huff.

Got a call super early this morning, told them to ring me later instead. Honestly, why bother calling so ridiculously early? Of course, they never bothered calling back. Looks like another one of those BT internet scams.
