7 yearsYesterday my mum got a call from a woman claiming to be from the bank, saying £600 had been moved from her account overseas. She hung up straight away but was still quite shaken up. I told her it was a scam since the caller didn’t say her name or mention which bank they were from. I reckon these calls are really risky, especially for older folks or anyone who might give away their bank info by mistake.
