I received a call from someone insisting that my debit card had been compromised and requesting my banking details to "safeguard and authenticate" my account. What utter rubbish! I strongly recommend against pressing 1. It's definitely a scam in the works!

I phoned the number back after they hung up, but there was no record of it anywhere!
