I gave this number a call back and discovered it belongs to a company called HDI trying to peddle insurance for our Sky service. They’ve clearly got it wrong since we're registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). I’ll be reporting them for this nuisance. I also asked them to remove our details from their database.
