I've had a rather disappointing experience with Tandy UK Servers, particularly with James Tandy. It seems that trust is in short supply here. Whenever there's a server outage, rather than reaching out to his clients, he goes quiet, leaving us in the dark. Attempts to get in touch with him on his listed numbers have been futile; he simply won't pick up. Quite astonishingly unprofessional, if I may say. From what I've gathered, this so-called 'company' appears to be a one-man operation run by a young chap in his mum and dad's loft, who seems a bit out of his depth when it comes to customer care and the nuances of running a business effectively.

My dealings with Tandy UK Servers, particularly with James Tandy, have been rather disappointing to say the least. It seems that the promises made are, unfortunately, little more than hot air. When the servers experience outages, there's a distinct lack of communication; I find myself having to chase him down since he often doesn't pick up on either of his numbers. Quite unprofessional, if you ask me. What I've gathered about this 'business' is that it appears to be run by someone rather inexperienced, seemingly from his childhood bedroom, lacking the insight and skills necessary for proper customer support or business management.
