Got a call from these lot earlier, they asked about my Bosch washing machine, told them I dont own one. Then she asked about a Hotpoint one, said no to that as well. Asked what other washing machine I had, and told her none of the ones she mentioned. Ended the call there. Weird thing is, she knew my name and postcode too.

Got a call from this number just now. Same story as others, said I took out a loan in 2003 and repaid it by 2005, now they wanna give me money back (never took any loan tho). Asked which bank and he goes "Not sure, maybe NatWest or Lloyds". I told him if he really thought I was daft and if scamming folks made him feel good, he just ended the call.

Got called by this number 4 times today 05/10/2016. Picked up on the 4th try. Sounds like an Indian call centre. Heard loads of background noise. Got a call from the same annoying Asian scammer trying to rip people off quick! Honestly, the best move is to keep them talking for as long as possible. These lot are absolute crooks and couldn't care less if you’re listed with the TPS or on Ex Directory. This number just rang my landline. I’m disabled and usually home alone, so I don’t pick up landline calls as anyone who needs to contact me during the day already has my mobile. I can usually see who’s calling on my phone before answering. With the landline, I just dial 1471 to get the caller’s number (if not hidden) and then look it up on this site. If it turns out to be a nuisance or scam call, I add it to my blocked list on my mobile - already got over 40 numbers blocked! Some of these companies keep ringing even after being blocked multiple times.

Got a call from 91903201180 around 13:45 on the 23rd of Sept 2016, they kept ringing and said they were from microsoft. They told me my PC would be blocked if I didn’t help them and that I would be fined cause my computer was involved in some illegal stuff. They also asked me to type in commands they told me to.

Some bloke rang me saying there was a problem with my Microsoft PC and my internet was blacklisted or something. I asked him which device he was talking about and he couldn’t say. Before he got too far I said I didn’t think he was really from Microsoft and told him my internet wasn’t blocked, then I just hung up. I received a phone call today from a certain number claiming that they have some money for me pertaining to PPI. They also mentioned that my bank had contacted them. Throughout the call, I was transferred between three different men who seemed to have extensive knowledge about me.
