It’s Wiltshire Farms who keep ringing my mum and sending her letters, like one with a £10 discount for being a loyal customer. Mum's actually stopped buying from them 'cause she says the quality isn’t what it used to be. I’ve complained about it to them at least four times and last time I told them clear she doesn’t want any more contact, to please remove her from their list. After today, it seems like they might have finally done it. They just keep sending vouchers once you buy something to make you buy more, but fingers crossed this is the end of it.
