I've taken the matter up with both the Telephone Preference Service regarding their incessant harassment and the Information Commissioner’s Office. Honestly, I feel fortunate we didn’t proceed with having the work done by them. The reviews about their service are frankly dreadful, and I can’t help but ponder what sort of quality craftsmanship a company must deliver if they’re this desperate for work!
