Honestly, this firm felt like a total nightmare. I gave them my info to get a quote for some roof repairs, and even though we had the job finished over a year ago, they won’t stop calling me every single month. I’ve asked them repeatedly to take me off their list, but the phone never stops. I’ve had to complain to both the Telephone Preference Service for the constant harassment and the Information Commissioner’s Office. I’m actually quite relieved we didn’t go ahead with them in the end. Their reviews are pretty terrible too, and if they’re this pushy when trying to get work, I can’t imagine the quality of the actual job they’d do.

I had a pretty rubbish run-in with Heritage from Wolverhampton. I gave them my information for a roof lining quote, but even after the job was finished over a year ago, they still keep calling me every month. I've told them several times to take me off their list, but the calls just won’t stop. I've had to report them to both the Telephone Preference Service because of the constant pestering and the Information Commissioner’s Office as well. I’m honestly relieved we didn’t go ahead with their service. For one, the reviews are awful. And if they’re that desperate to get customers, I wouldn’t trust the quality of work they’d do anyway.

The feedback online doesn’t fill me with confidence either, it’s all pretty awful. Makes me wonder how good their actual work could be if they’re this desperate for customers.
