I only found out about this today cos my phone blocked the call straight away so I didnt get a chance to hear anything. Im based in Northumberland if that makes a difference. Someone mentioned on here it might be linked to council contractors... maybe, maybe not, hard to say really.

There was this annoying high-pitched sound in the background that made it really hard to understand the caller. I think she said my street name at some point. When I mentioned the noise, it sounded like she said she’d ring me back. It’s been 5 days now, and I haven’t received a single call. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number.
