I got a text saying my IP was hacked by two separate countries, and then my internet just went dead and rebooted itself. They asked me to press 2 to chat with a 'technician', but I ended the call straight away. This is the third time I've had one of these calls. The first time they said they were from BT, but the most recent one gave a lady's name. My broadband’s actually with Virgin.
