I just received a rather dubious phone call from someone asserting they were from my bank’s fraud department, insisting they were reaching out about some suspicious charges on my credit card that weren't approved.

If you’ve lost money due to a scam, you should call 0300 123 2040 to report it. It’s worth contacting your MP to ask why the police aren’t tracking scam attempts like before.
