Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT about my internet being hacked. Told them to take me off their call list and just ended the call. Total scam alert.

Total scam, honestly! I'd strongly suggest getting caller ID and blocking the number whenever possible.

I was still waking up when they rang, so I got a bit flustered and ended up hitting 1. Didn’t share any details though, told them to call again later. Just blocked the number now, but I’m feeling a bit uneasy about it.

I got a call from some robotic American bloke sayin' my IP had been used all over the place and was hacked or somethin'.

Got a call from someone saying my IP address was messed up and that they’d be sending a new router. Definitely a scam, don’t fall for it!

Got a call saying my internet was at risk and they’d cut it off in a day unless I hit 1 to speak to a tech. Didn't go for it at all. Since then, I've been getting loads of calls from the same firm. Seems dodgy to me.
