They rang me asking for someone else but when I asked who they were, they said Arise Mobility and claimed they were carrying out an NHS survey. They said they’d remove my number since I wasn’t the person they wanted, but got quite rude when I questioned them about why they were calling me in the first place. It’s not on for them to use the NHS name like that, especially when our NHS is already under so much pressure. Honestly, it’s quite scary thinking they might be preying on vulnerable older folks.
