A rather pushy young chap insisted that if I’d gone on an all-inclusive trip lately and fell ill, it was surely the tour operator’s responsibility. Honestly, I must have reiterated four times that none of the six of us experienced any issues at all. It felt like he was determined to twist my words, hoping I’d concede there was a problem and might be keen to pursue a claim against the tour operator. In the end, I opted to end the conversation and hung up. I've made sure to add his number, along with a couple of other aliases he uses, to my blocked contacts list.
