Got a call from this number around 10.30 saying they were Virgin and claimed there was a problem with my router that could let hackers access my data. Felt really pressured when they wanted me to get on my computer and help them fix it, so I hung up. Then they called back insisting it was super urgent. I cut them off again and rang Virgin myself, who told me it was definitely a scam. Virgin never call without proper ID checks and won’t ask for passwords like that. Anyone else gets a call like this, watch out!
