I answered the phone and the person said they were from Sky. I told them "you're not, you're just scammers" a couple of times and then hung up and blocked the number. Why do these scammers never seem to get stopped?

They said they were from Microsoft, but as soon as I asked for more info, they started getting pretty rude.
