They just won't stop ringing, even after I've told them to cut it out!

I've been receiving calls at all hours from a firm named Cream. They keep pestering me about mortgages and life insurance, and then they claim there’s an issue with the line. I suspect this is one of those dodgy numbers that rakes in charges just for picking up and keeps piling on the costs the longer you stay on the line. Quite dodgy if you ask me!
