I've just received yet another call from this Wolverhampton company, and I must say, their arrogance and lack of professionalism are quite astonishing! They were attempting to persuade me to make a claim for mis-sold PPI, despite me reiterating my disinterest on three separate occasions. Their charming response? "It’s your loss!" And then they abruptly disconnected the line. Quite dodgy behaviour, if you ask me, not to mention incredibly rude!
